Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Place the onion and peppers at the bottom of an oven-proof dish.

Place the meatballs on top of the veg.

Mix the passata with garlic, honey, baharat, salt, pepper, and water. Pour over meatballs and veg.

Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid, increase oven to 200°C, and cook for another 10 minutes until meatballs are browned.

To make tahini sauce, combine tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Add warm water until desired consistency is achieved.

Serve the meatballs with basmati rice and tahini sauce.
