unsalted butter – 100.0 g softened

Dijon mustard – 1.0 tsp

Worcestershire Sauce – 1.0 tsp

shallot – 1.0 small finely chopped

Garlic – 1.0 clove minced

capers – 1.0 tsp chopped

Parsley – 1.0 tsp chopped

tarragon – 1.0 tsp chopped

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steaks to your desired doneness.

Mix all butter ingredients together and form into a log using cling film. Refrigerate until firm.
