Finely slice the potatoes.

In a jug, mix cream, milk, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish and pour over the cream mixture.

Microwave for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
