    Put tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli, spinach, and Parmesan into a large frying pan with a lid. Put the pasta on top. Pour over 500ml stock.

    Simmer away for ten minutes. Cover with a lid but stir frequently. Add the remainder of the stock if needed.

    When almost all the liquid is absorbed, add the prawns and lemon. Season to taste.
